All participants in Yoga Classes or workshops of Stamford Yoga Ltd take part at their own risk. This includes classes in Stamford, Castor and Eastrea. Teachers must be made aware by the participant of any health issues or problems that they (the participant) may have.
A class pass will only be reusable for a public class if the student's reservation is cancelled more than 3 hours prior to the start time. A monetary refund will only be made for a course of lessons, or a workshop, if cancelled at least 7 days before. Clients who cancel with 3 or less hours notice before their class will forfeit their class pass.
Those clients with day/week/month unlimited passes or those with memberships will be charged £5, which will be deducted from their dedit or credit card that was used to reserve a class.
30 days notice must be given prior to termination of a 3,6,12 month contract and any payment scheduled within the 30 days must be paid.
Private lesson clients must give 7 days notice before their scheduled appointment. 6 days or less notice will be charged at the full cost of the scheduled appointment. They do however have the option of taking another available slot in the same week or an extra slot the following week.
For shared private lessons there will only be a charge if all participants cancel. The fee will be based on the 1-1 cost and be split between all participants. However if only 1 person out of a group attends, that person will be charged the 1-1 private tuition fee.
